At Suburban Ski and Bike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted skis and assembled bicycles are subject to specific restocking conditions.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
